This item is so easy to setup. All you need to do is shake it out and stake it to the ground and the wind will do the rest. The Seal will bounce up & down and move side to side to the amusement of onlookers! In higher winds it will lay over on its side, but this can be fixed with some sand in a pinch-n-swipe lock snack baggie.
